What to Expect on Your FREE First Day:

  1. Staff and facility introductions: you’ll meet a member of our staff, receive a brief tour, and have a chance to ask any questions.

  2. Your pup gets familiar with the facility: we’ll slowly introduce your dog to our four outdoor play yards, kennel areas, and indoor playrooms so they can take in the sights, smells, and sounds at their own pace.

  3. One-on-one care and attention: your pup will receive one-on-one time outside or in one of our indoor playrooms, depending on the weather. We can also provide meals, medication, or any special care needed to help them feel comfortable.

  4. Gradual dog introductions: when your pup is ready, we’ll introduce them to one of our calm, mature dogs before gradually working up to small groups and, eventually, our full playgroup.

Requirements

Before joining the fun, all new dogs complete a temperament evaluation and must be up-to-date on Rabies, DHLPP, Bordetella vaccinations (Bordetella every six months) along with a fecal exam negative for parasites within the past year. For the safety of everyone, dogs over 6 months of age must also be spayed or neutered.

Every dog is unique, which is why we evaluate each pup before placing them into group play. If group play isn’t the best fit, no worries at all—we’re proud to be one of the few facilities with the space and flexibility to care for dogs individually. More details are below.
