Founded in 2013, The Dog District is a full service dog kennel providing daycare, boarding, training, and grooming.  

      We are an all-breed facility that believes in a doggy daycare with ZERO breed restrictions. We pride ourselves in our five outdoor play areas and two indoor play rooms, making over an acre of space dedicated to dog socialization and comfort; playgroups are formed according to dog size and energy level.

     Located just east of Cass Ave. and I-55, at 1100 N. Frontage Road in Darien, IL, The Dog District offers a variety of services that will fit any family’s needs. With in-home and on-site private training lessons, weekly group classes, or training in daycare and boarding, we are sure to help you resolve most, if not all, training issues.

    If your dog simply has too much energy, come by and try your first day of daycare FREE!  We offer a five hour trial day, free to any first time visitor! Come by and take a tour during business hours, with no appointment necessary. While it may be a little noisy from time to time, we are proud to show off our facility any time of the day! 

    While you’re out on vacation or business, the Dog District is a great option for your peace of mind while you travel. We regularly post pictures of the play groups on social media, so you will never feel too far away from your pup. Pack friendly pups will enjoy group play, while more discerning canines can take it easy with a little bit of personal attention and play time.
